alana batzavalis has spent the last decade creating award winning content and campaigns. with an eye for unique design, alana isn’t your average creative director. she’s a marketer, talent scout and all-round creative who’s obsessed with colour-coded spreadsheets.

in 2023, alana decided it was time to take the next step in her career — bringing albie mgmt to life, with a focus on creative content, marketing strategy, clever design + talent management.

alana works across our creative clients, managing briefs, heading up strategy and directing the overall look and feel for our brands. oh, and albie? that’s her name. alana batzavalis.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

starting with albie mgmt in 2023 as an intern while completing her marketing and communications qualification, nikoletta has since been brought on as our in-house marketing coordinator.

from content creator to furniture maker, on-set assistant to stand-in client model, niko takes everything in her stride and gets sh*t done, all while having fun.

you’ll see niko at our client content days, creating trending reels, working on monthly reporting, managing tik tok accounts and assisting on set to make sure our client’s social feeds are looking fab.

her days are spent brainstorming ideas for our next viral client reel, liaising with clients, booking in content days, and directing and shooting content.
